Typically, your first session with us would take around 1 hour and 30 minutes (either in-person or Zoom) and involve the following:1. Fact-finding and drafting the Schedule of Assets2. Discussion on key persons (executors, trustees, beneficiaries etc) and will instructionsWe usually take around 3 days to prepare the first draft of your will, after which it will be sent to you for vetting.Once the will has been finalised, we will meet again (in-person only) for the signing and attestation of your will. This has to be done in the presence of 2 witnesses. If you are unable to provide the witnesses, do inform us early and Magis Legacy will provide the witnesses for you.Will custody is available at a cost, provided by Certis CISCO through getArrange. Alternatively you may safekeep your will yourself.
