Signing up is free! If you would like to create a new WerkSG account, please follow the steps below:

1. Click on Sign up now. You can choose to either sign up with Apple, Google or email.
2. If you have signed up using email, you will be prompted to validate your email address next.

Congratulations, you have just signed up for an account with us! The system automatically sends a validation email to your email address. This step is necessary to confirm that the email address is correct so that all emails from WerkSG or users will reach you.

To validate your email address:

1. Look for an email from support@werk.sg with the subject “Verify your email address”.
2. Click on the link provided in the email.

Only those who have a Singapore-registered mobile number will be able to apply for an account so that employers are able to contact you.

In line with WerkSG's commitment to creating a safe platform, you may only have one account on WerkSG unless expressly permitted.

We understand that every service provider and employer is unique and may have different needs. If you require more than 1 account on WerkSG, let us know and we'll access your request.

1. Check that you have filled up all the required fields.


2. Invalid email address - Make sure that your email is spelt correctly and there are no additional characters. If the error still persists, use another email account or sign up using Apple or Google.


3. "This email is already in use" - You might have applied for an account using this email already, click on Sign in here instead.
